Ethiopia Anderacha Geisha Welasha
This coffee is the product of the Welasha estate (1800-2000 masl) located in the highlands of Yeki and Anderacha. The aim of the plantation is to produce specialty grade, traceable Anderacha natural and washed coffees with distinct flavors and aromas. Coffee is at this plantation is grown organically and harvested by hand. The Welasha estate produces for export a variety of specialty and premium grade coffees such as Sidamo, Yirgacheffe, Lekempti, Choshore, Jimma, Limmu, Keffa, and Gesha.
The Welasha estate (1800-2000 masl) covers a total of about 750 hectares of land in the highlands of Yeki and Anderacha. Blessed with fertile soils and an invigorating climate, this is land ideal for coffee cultivation, and the nearby Shaki River provides water for the entire coffee washing and processing at the coffee washing station.
