This coffee is the product of the Wote Konga washing station in Yirga Chefe, Ethiopia - the cumulative effort of about 800 independent farmers. The majority of Yirgacheffe coffee are wet processed, but this particular coffee is sun-dried in the fruit before pulping, resulting in a coffee that is naturally sweeter and more intense in its flavours.
